About Rachel Ridgeway
I’m a leadership coach, workplace culture architect, and Lumina Learning practitioner with over a decade of experience helping leaders unlock clarity, build courage, and lead with authenticity. Drawing from my background as a human resources executive in high-performing, service-driven organizations, I bring both practical expertise and a deep understanding of what it takes to grow leaders who inspire trust and drive lasting impact.
Over the years, I’ve coached dozens of managers and executives, guiding emerging leaders as they step into their potential and supporting seasoned executives as they refine their influence. I know that leadership is not a straight path. Too often, leaders feel stuck, trapped by fear of failure, fear of feedback, or fear of simply being seen. My mission is to help leaders get unstuck, move beyond fear, and step fully into the leader they are capable of becoming.
My approach is anchored in my belief that curiosity may ignite change, but only courage sustains it. That’s why my coaching blends reflection with action, helping clients build both the inner confidence and the external strategies to move forward.
I’ve deepened my practice by attending professional coach training through the CaPP Institute, advancing my skills in executive and leadership coaching to serve leaders at every stage of their journey.
